Culture is at the heart of the Quebec/Wallonia-Brussels relations. Numerous artists and professionals from the cultural sector of Quebec and Wallonia-Brussels cross the ocean each year to give performances, participate in fairs, showcases, festivals as well as in professional meetings, in disciplines such as: literature, music, dance, theatre, cinema, digital arts, comics, visual and sound arts. The Wallonia-Brussels General Delegation in Quebec participates in the development of these exchanges and partnerships as well as in the promotion of artists from Wallonia-Brussels in Quebec.
At the institutional level, cultural collaborations between Quebec and Wallonia-Brussels are structured mainly around the following programs:

-
The cross-residency programs of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (Calq).
-
