Our General Delegate, Yann Gall, was invited to a one-day event organized by the Quebec government, where he was officially introduced to the Quebec authorities. It was a great opportunity to discuss the renewal of the student mobility agreement, future cooperation in the field of culture, and the holding of the next Permanent Joint Commission Québec/Wallonia-Brussels, etc.!
Mr. Gall is pleased to have had the opportunity to speak with several ministers about the key issues facing Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation:
- Mr. Mathieu Lacombe, Minister of Culture and Communications
- Ms Martine Biron, Minister of International Relations and Francophonie
- Mr. Jean-François Roberge, Minister for the French Language
- Ms. Pascale Déry, Minister of Higher Education.
It was also an honor to meet the Lieutenant Governor of Quebec, Mr. J. Michel Doyon, and the President of the Quebec National Assembly, Mse Nathalie Roy, and to be introduced to the Quebec National Assembly.
Mr. Gall is particularly grateful to all the authorities for their warm welcome and to the protocol services of the Ministry of International Relations and Francophonie and the National Assembly for the organization of this exceptional day!
